No. sportlive does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your bank or payment provider may impose fees on their own processing, but we do not add fees on top. Deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking are instant and free. Deposits via local payment settle within five minutes. Virtual account deposits via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment may take longer depending on your bank's clearing window, but are also free from our side. Withdrawals process subject to standard verification windows and your bank's clearing time. Once cleared, your payout arrives in your account without additional charges from sportlive.

If a deposit does not complete, the funds remain in your payment method (e.g., your e-wallet or bank account) and are not deducted from your sportlive wallet. Contact your payment provider to check the transaction status. If a withdrawal fails, the funds are returned to your sportlive wallet and you can retry using a different payment method. Always check your payment provider's status before trying again. If you believe a transaction is stuck, open a support ticket via in-app help. Our weekly cashback program rewards active players with a percentage credit on net losses. The offer applies to all game categories—football, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports—across the full week (Monday through Sunday). Cashback is credited to your wallet by the following Tuesday and can be withdrawn or used for new bets immediately. Terms apply: you must meet minimum turnover requirements to withdraw cashback funds. Full terms are displayed in-app during eligibility periods. Games and gameplay
